We are currently recruiting an Infrastructure Engineer for well-established and successful business based in south West London The successful candidate will provide senior infrastructure Support to business users as well as planning and implementing project-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and installation of IT projects across the client base as required
Ensure all documentation for incidents and projects are completed either on or ahead of schedule
All incidents assigned are delivered to the SLA priority or escalated accordingly
Skills and Requirements:
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, HTTP, SNMP, and TLS/SSL
Experience of VMware ESXi and other virtualisation tools
Experience with storage technologies such as Fibre Channel
Experience in the administration of virtualised environments
Knowledge of site to site and road warrior VPN technologies Experience with Powershell scripting
