Blackthorn Trace have exciting and ambitious growth plans, we are the first agency to specifically recruit within the fields of Cloud Computing and Cyber Security.

This unique role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work with key senior stakeholders in shaping the future of Blackthorn Trace. With a primary focus on driving the number of talented hires across the brand, the emphasis will be on direct sourcing using a combination of methods e.g. job boards, LinkedIn, creative advertising as well as engaging with the business to promote the internal referral scheme. From Associate Consultant to Team Lead, you will be responsible for finding the next generation of future superstars who will support our rapid growth.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • To focus on sourcing Consultants directly via LinkedIn, website traffic, job boards, our database, events and utilising the team's networks.
  • Managing the entire hiring process, from pre-screening and through the interview stage
  • Working closely with the Marketing Director to develop innovative and inspiring advertising campaigns through traditional and social media channels.
  • Working with our marketing department to continually improve our candidate proposition and employer brand in the market.
  • Use our CRM for administration, booking interviews, tracking and more
  • The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for Blackthorn Trace, promoting our brand and playing an integral part towards our growth

Job requirements:

  • Experience in agency recruitment or Talent Acquisition desirable but not essential
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter to create projects and track Consultants desirable
  • A passion and understanding for technology is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate yourself to all levels of Consultant
