Director of Intelligence

We have been tasked by the CEO of a leading Threat Intelligence Consultancy to recruit a Director to spearhead the organisation. You will have come from a Consultancy background, with experience delivering Threat Led engagements to the financial services sector, central governments and CNI. With global partnerships with some of the best consultancies and red teams in the world, this opportunity will see you travel frequently engaging with clients at c-level.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, forward thinking, energetic and inspiring Lead who either specialises in or has significant experience in delivering or managing Threat Led consultancy engagements.
The role will entail supporting and delivering Threat Led engagements, such as CBEST, GBEST, TIBER, iCAST, STAR, CTI Capability Assessments and CTI improvement planning.

As the lead you will be front and centre on our delivery and will be expected to drive the consultancy forward whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality at all times. In return you will be exposed to some incredibly interesting projects, will have significant support to deliver, work with a superb and highly knowledgeable team and work for the leading consultancy in this space.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years in client delivery/consultancy engagements
  • Significant experience working with large enterprise
  • Experience working in partnerships
  • Experience in delivering Intelligence Led engagements
  • Experience leading a team of consultants across multiple, simultaneous projects.

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in the CBEST, GBEST, iCAST or TIBER frameworks
  • From an Intelligence background
  • The CREST CCTIM certification
  • Speaker of Multiple Languages

Desirable:

  • Experience working on or with Red Team Penetration tests
  • Experience building Intelligence Capabilities or assessing/auditing Intelligence Capabilities
  • Experience with Public Speaking
  • Experience at managing teams remotely whilst traveling

Are you a Cyber Security Specialist looking for your next challenge? Our client is looking for a Cyber Security Manager to join their elite security team. Working directly with the CISO you will ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the Cyber function.

It will be up to you to manage current policies and procedures and improving them where you see fit as well as leading the training and awareness across the business.

You will be the SME on dealing with current threats and remediation whilst ensuring the security function best represents my client. Leading the transformation project you will be playing an integral part within this business gaining invaluable experience along the way.

The Role

  • Advising on best practise and finding new and innovative ways to combat events
  • Provide security advise to key personnel
  • Continuous improvement of MI reporting up to and including board level audience.
  • Remain current with toolings on the market
  • Perform threat identification and vulnerability management duties.
  • Manage the IR process and timescales with 3rd parties
  • Identifying and managing operational Cyber Security risks
  • Liaising with stakeholders to determine impacts, workarounds, analytical services and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitoring vulnerability and intelligence feeds for the latest news and alerts in the Cyber Security space.

Required

  • To be an expert in network security, threat and vulnerabilities and remediation.
  • Framework and governance experience (ISO27001) and knowledge across the IAM Space.
  • Ability to keep current with current security threats and implications.
  • Cloud Experience (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) - especially Azure.
  • Security Architect experience
  • Risk Management exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting with and supporting all the design and integration activities in relation to Active Directory including but not limited to: Forest/Domain consolidation; Cloud Integration; Identity Management integration; Operational Process definition; Disaster Recovery etc.
  • Working with existing staff across IT within Security, Architecture, Engineering and Operations to ensure all designs and associated changes are in-line with requirements and sustainable i.e. aligning to all governance, change and operational handover processes
  • Supporting the development of best practice operational processes in relation to Active Directory

Requirements
